Baby Photography

Baby and mum, dad&baby photography in my Rangiora studio, outside, or at your home, the choice is yours. Unlike the "factory studios", I'm very flexible on time, as I have two children and know they can have grumpy spells. So if your baby needs a feed/change/..., don't worry, I'll take the time to make sure you get happy pictures :)

I have a large and ever growing selection of props for baby photo shoots.
We can discuss what ideas you like, whether fairly common/conventional pictures, or if you'd like something unusual, I'll try and come up with something different for you.

I think going black and white but leaving the eyes coloured works best on light coloured eyes. Here's an example with a brown eyed baby. First the original colour picture:

Babies don't always feel happy, and getting lovely pictures is a challenge. It's best to just go with the flow, maybe feeding and sleeping is when they are happy.
